IBC Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. of the Frishman Group reports on new business transactions in the Tel Aviv Towers. A 46 sqm. space was leased to the Last Price Store at 60 NIS/sq.m. per month in a contract signed for a year with two additional options for a year each. In addition, the Linaro Cosmetics Company Inc. leased a 31 sq.m. store. Linaro will also pay 60 NIS/sq.m. a month, in a contract for three years with an option for an additional two years. An additional 26 sq.m. were leased to the chain YOYO Yogurt for 90 NIS/sq.m. a month for a period of three years with two options, each for three additional years.
