IBC Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. of the Frishman Group has leased a store of 220 sqm. to the Home Harmony Chain in the One Home Center in Modiin. The Chain will pay 72 NIS per sqm. for a period of three years, with an option for an additional three years.
