IBC Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd., of the Fishman Group, leased 550 sq.m. to be used as a carpentry in the industrial of Upper Nazareth. The lease fee is 17 NIS/sq.m. per month and the contract was signed for a period of five years without an extension period.
