Industrial Buildings Corporation lease a 60 sq.m. store to Body-Shop, a body and beauty care products chain, in One Natzrat Elit Mall, Upper Nazareth.
The contract was signed for a period of three years with two extension options, three years each. The rental fee was set at 7% of monthly turnover and no less than NIS 150 per sq.m./month, in addition to management fee.
