Sunnyside Mall is an enclosed community shopping centre built in 1964 and renovated in 1990 and 1997 earning two Maple Leaf awards for design. 

The centre comprises of ground floor retail spaces, mezzanine office space, an office tower and a 3,000 sq.m. office building on a pad site.  Although the physical size of the centre defines the project as a community centre, the unique tenant mix further defines the centre as a high end specialty centre.
