One of IBC's strategic aims is the creation of tailor made buildings specifically customized for the tenant's needs. Cellcom Headquarters, built in Netanya to house Israel's largest mobile communications provider, is a prominent example of IBC's expertise in tailor made development. The four story, 32,000 sq.m. facility was built specifically for the needs of the tenant and its 3,000 employees. In fact, the majority of Israel's major mobile communication providers reside in tailor made buildings built by IBC.
Additional projects built according to this method include the Freescale Building (formerly known as Motorola
Semiconductor) in Herzliya Pituach, the Partner (Orange) Building situated in Afek Park, Rosh Ha'ayin and the Amdocs Building in Sha'ar Hanegev.
