IBC is active in residential and real estate developments, most notably in the U.S.A. and in Israel. In the U.S.A, IBC has renovated the Gift building on New York’s Fifth Avenue to create 200 luxury apartments for sale, whereas in Israel, the company has built two 32 story residential high rise buildings in Tel Aviv under the name of Tel Aviv Towers. The Tel Aviv Towers project will be completed in the near future by the construction of two additional 32 story residential buildings in the complex.
