IBC manages infrastructure development for the housing and industry sectors. The company has planned, developed and managed hundreds of infrastructure projects throughout Israel, including residential units and buildings for the Israel Land Administration, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and local authorities.
In the framework of its activities for the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Company developed the industrial zones in National Preference Areas throughout Israel, as well as residential neighborhoods for the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
At present the Infrastructure Development Division of IBC is engaged in the planning, development, management and carrying out of infrastructure development work for purposes of residential use, industry, commerce and tourism, on projects commissioned by the Israel Land Administration and others. These activities are spread throughout Israel and encompasses dozens of projects.
The Company also serves as an agent for “urban renewal” on behalf of the Ministry of Construction and Housing. In this framework IBC has promoted the designation of 11 complexes as complexes for urban renewal.
The Company serves as a “managing company” for the transition of various forms of Israeli collective settlements, such as, Kibbutzim and Moshavim; and communities in northern Israel in their drive to expand. These management activities are commissioned individually by the agricultural settlements and communities themselves.
