Eliezer Fishman

IBC (Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd.) is guided by the innovative and sound vision of Mr. Eliezer Fishman, Chairman of the Board. Mr. Fishman, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a majority interest in many Israeli companies. Mr. Fishman, whose diverse holdings range from real estate to communications to various industrial and commercial companies, is considered a dominant and influential player in the Israeli economy in general and in the real estate market in particular.

Moshe Morag

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moshe Morag holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA degree, both form the Tel Aviv University. Mr. Morag, a former Brigadier General, has over 40 years of general management experience with 21 years devoted to large real estate corporations.

Mr. Morag served 4 years as the CEO of Mirland Development Corporation Plc, a real estate company of the Fishman Group which operates in Russian and is traded at the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Prior to that, Mr. Morag served as IBC's CEO for a period of 12 years and as the CEO of Caesarea Development Corporation for 5 years.

Mr. Morag is also active in several non-profit organizations: Chairman of the Board of the "Alliance Tel Aviv" high school, Board Member of the "Air Force Center Association", the Tel Aviv branch of “Koah Latet”, and the "Rabin Medical Center Friends Association".
