Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. has purchased 636,000 sq.m. of land in the Macedonian capital of  Skopje, and is developing SunCity, the first modern, large-scale residential community in the country. The altitude and the steep terrain will ensure that all 1,400 residential units will have magnificent views of Skopje and the surrounding mountains as well as an abundance of fresh air.

The scale and exposure of the project is such that it is highly anticipated by the general public, who eagerly awaits the opening of the sales office. Construction of SunCity will commence in 2009 and will continue for several years in multiple phases.
