In 2001 Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd began the first phase of one of the more impressive and prestigious projects in Israel today, the Ackerstein Towers complex in Herzliya Pituach. The complex covers 125,000 sq.m. and will include four towers, a four story underground parking lot and retail area on the ground floor. The three existent buildings currently host the IBC headquarters along with the offices of Hi–Tech companies such as Horizon Semi Conductor, Sun Microsystems and UGS, as well as venture capital fund companies such as Pitango, Bench Mark, Gemini and international firms such as Mackenzie and Rigges.

The second phase of this gorgeous project is expected to be completed in 2009 with the establishment of the forth and final tower, which will join the three towers already standing on the site.
