IBC is a partner in the initiation to establish a new Life Sciences and Technology park Haifa. The park is intended to serve companies in the life sciences industries and those that support it.

The park will be constructed on an area of 31,000 sqm. close to the two main highways leading into the city, the Coastal Road and Road 4. In its final form the park will combine around 62,000 sqm. of built space. The park will contain special infrastructures designed to suit the needs of Life Science industries, both at the level of the entire park and that of individual buildings, for the convenience of companies in the field.
