In 1994 Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. completed the construction of both Freescale (formerly known as Motorola Semiconductor) Hi-Tech office buildings in Herzliya Pituach. The two joined buildings were planned and designed to perfectly meet all company specifications. The buildings are located at the entrance to the Herzliya Pitauch industrial area, thus enjoying easy access. They provide an area of 17,000 sq.m. and contain 600 parking spaces.
