Marom Hasharon is a residential project planned for construction in 2008. The project is part of the 615,000 sq.m. that will comprise the first phase of this new settlement of Tzur Itzhak.

IBC plans to build this project in two phases. The first phase will comprise the construction of 115 private houses and 90 roof – garden units. The second phase of construction will see 6 residential buildings rise to a height of 9 stories with approximately 400 apartments, as well as 300 low rise residential units. In addition, retail areas will be added to this ambitious project. The residents will derive pleasure from the open view of the coastal plains and the proximity to a nature reserve and open fields. The retail areas will provide for all the settlement's needs.
