Marom Hasharon is a residential project, part of the 615,000 sq.m. that will comprise the first phase of the new settlement of Tzur Itzhak.

IBC plans to build this project in phases constructing in total 115 private houses and 90 roof – garden units, 6 residential buildings rising up to 9 story high with approximately 400 apartments and 300 low construction residential units.  Retail areas will be added to the project providing for all the settlement's needs. The residents will derive pleasure from the open view of the coastal plains and the proximity to a nature reserve and open fields.
