Mitzpe Sapir is part of the new industrial area at the entrance to the settlement Cochav Ya'ir, which is situated near the planned route of the Cross Israel highway. In this upcoming industrial area, on 19,000 sqm. of land, IBC will construct a very large complex intended to house companies in the field of logistics. The central location of the project is expected to facilitate the large anticipated potential.

The structure, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2009, will be built to the highest and most up to date standards available on a total area of 18,000 sqm.
