Mitzpe Sapir is part of the new industrial area at the entrance to the settlement Cochav Ya'ir, which is situated near the planned route of the Cross Israel highway. In this upcoming industrial area, on 19,000 sqm. of land, IBC has established a large logistics complex to facilitates some of the largest companies in the sector.

The structure was built in 2012 to the highest and most up to date standards available on a total area of about 11,000 sqm.
