Employee Volunteering
IBC's management encourages the company’s employees and even assigns them a volunteering time of two hours per month to act for the community.
The Children's Home of “Hakfar hayarok”
Volunteering through performing joint peak activities of the children of "Shaked" Children's Home, and the company’s employees.
“Amcha” Voluntary Association
A population which is increasingly dwindling is the population of survivors of the Holocaust. Its treatment is marginalized and there is not enough meeting the diverse needs this population should be provided. Out of understanding of the plight of the elderly survivors of the Holocaust, and out of honor to those who had been part of building the state and society, a contact was made with “Amcha” Association, which acts for this population and their families. Some of the company’s employees give their time and energy to this channel of volunteering.
“Ofek Liyladenu” Voluntary Association
IBC acts in association with “Ofek Liyladenu” Israel National Association of Parents of Visually Impaired Children. For 6 years now, the company is taking part in a working project in summer and employs blind and visually impaired youth for a period of two weeks during the summer.
“Moriah House”
IBC operates in the southern region through profound employee volunteering in various fields with a social partner – "Moriah House", acting for the needy population in Beer Sheva.
In addition to the current voluntary activities, twice a year – on Rosh Hashana and on Passover, the employees take part in food distribution operations for needy population in Beer Sheva.
Donations
IBC annually allocates resources for various entities and organizations, both in financial contributions and in donation of buildings for the community.
The company is punctilious to provide of its resources to entities which operate for education, health, welfare and culture, with a preference for the periphery regions.
Building Accessability
Out of understanding and sensitivity to the subject of disability, IBC Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd has been active for about 5 years, in collaboration with “Access Israel” Voluntary Association for the accessibility of its buildings for the benefit of the disabled public. The company aims to make all its buildings accessible to all types of populations.
Promoting Education and Values
Out of belive in education and values for a healthier society, IBC contributes its share by providing lectures of the senior leadership, in organizations working for youth empowerment and enhancement, for providing the right tools for self-realization in social and business fields.
